Job Summary
This role supports a healthcare office environment by handling physical mail processing. Responsibilities include sorting and scanning incoming mail into a delivery system. The position requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting, with team support available.
Key Responsibilities
Sort and process incoming physical mail
Scan documents into an electronic delivery system
Maintain accuracy and organization during mail processing
Follow established procedures and deadlines
Provide good customer service when interacting with team members
Work independently or as part of a team
Lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available)
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of related experience (mailroom, office services, custodial, maintenance, or similar)
Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow directions and procedures
Basic dexterity and comfort using hand tools
Physical Requirements
Prolonged standing during shift
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Repetitive motion and document handling
