Job Title: Client ServicesSpecialist
Location:West Henrietta, NY
Job Type: Contract (until July 2026) Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $16/hr – 18/hr
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Specialist to contact clients and assist them with getting started on our services. You will answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure clients have a smooth experience.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to clients.
- Help clients get started with services.
- Follow up to resolve outstanding issues.
- Record all client interactions.
- Learn and use company systems and tools.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
- Clear, confident, and professional on the phone.
- Motivated by goals and metrics.
