Pay Rate: $19.40/hour
Location: 1801 Park View Dr, Shoreview, MN 55126 (On-site)
Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Duration: 3-month project with possible extension based on performance

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lockbox Processor to support operational functions in a fast-paced, structured environment. This role involves performing routine operational and clerical tasks, primarily focused on document and item processing using specialized machinery. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine operational support tasks in accordance with established procedures
Capture, sort, distribute, and prepare documents or items for processing through machines
Organize work for downstream processing and ensure accuracy and completeness
Follow supervisor direction and escalate questions or issues as needed
Interact with client personnel to exchange basic information
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks related to operations

Required Qualifications
Previous lockbox processing experience
10-key numerical data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Physical & Schedule Requirements
Ability to lift 10+ pounds
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Availability to work some bank holidays based on business needs

Work Environment
On-site role in a fast-paced operations setting
Third-shift schedule requiring reliability and consistency
