Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Contract: Temporary
Location: Joliet, IL
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound USPS mail processing and campus mail delivery, including walking routes throughout a neighborhood-style campus and within campus buildings. Provides walk-up customer service to faculty, staff, and students, and assists with mail, copy, and print requests.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday through Thursday: 9:00am-6:00pm; Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Pay rate: $17.02 – $17.50/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound USPS mail
  • Deliver mail across campus buildings and outdoor routes
  • Assist faculty, staff, and students with mail and copy requests
  • Operate mail and copy/print equipment (printing, copying, finishing)
  • Provide customer-facing support in a service center environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of related work experience or equivalent
  • Mailroom and/or copy/print environment experience a plus
  • Copy/print job experience preferred
  • Lift and carry up to 50–55 lbs
