Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality & Office Services Coordinator to support a prestigious law firm environment. This role is heavily focused on hospitality support with secondary responsibilities providing backup receptionist coverage. The ideal candidate delivers white-glove service, is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality Support (Primary):

Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings

Prepare beverage and refreshment setups

Maintain inventory and order hospitality and office supplies

Stock office supplies and clean refrigerators

Ensure conference rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Reception Support (Secondary):

Provide backup coverage for receptionist lunch breaks and vacation days

Greet visitors and assist with front-desk needs

Support attorneys and staff with professional, customer-focused service

What the Firm Is Looking For

Strong hospitality or hotel/restaurant background

Professional, people-oriented demeanor

Ability to provide white-glove, client-first service

Calm and composed in fast-paced environments

Strong coordination, organization, and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Hospitality and/or office services experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service and organizational skills

Basic computer and office equipment skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to follow directions and maintain a clean, safe work area

Work Environment

Professional law firm setting

Frequent interaction with attorneys and senior staff

Client-facing role requiring discretion and professionalism
