This MRO/Procurement Specialist Position Features:

  • Mon-Fri; 8 am-4:30 pm

  • Great Pay to $35/hr

Job Responsibilities:
· Act as a single point of accountability for assigned MRO Services subcategories
· Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Safety, HR, Legal, and Compliance to align with procurement strategies
· Analyze supplier proposals and market data to make fact-based sourcing recommendations
· Support the design and execution of digital procurement capabilities, including contractor timekeeping systems, compliance platforms, and e-sourcing tools.
· Lead supplier performance management through defined KPIs
· Establish clear stakeholder communication and engagement plans
· Serve as a procurement change agent, reinforcing Procurement’s role as a strategic, value-adding business partner across the organization.

Required Competencies:
· Understanding of fixed-price and cost-plus labor rate structures
· Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills
· Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
· Proficient in cost/benefit analysis and alternative decision-making
· Technology adept, including eProcurement and P2P systems
· Communicate clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels (email, phone, meetings)
