Are you an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Dispatcher with a background in construction or logistics who enjoys being part of a close-knit, growing team? Our client is a small, 10-person office with big growth plans, and they’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented dispatcher to play a key role in daily operations.

This is a direct-hire opportunity offering stability, competitive pay, and the chance to make a real impact as the company continues to expand.

Position Details

Pay: $28–$31 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: In-office

Location: Pasadena, CA

Start Date: January 2026 (ideal)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Parking: Fully covered

Job Duties:

Coordinate and schedule drivers, vehicles, and deliveries to ensure on-time service

Monitor driver locations and fleet status using GPS and dispatch systems

Communicate clearly with drivers regarding routes, delivery details, and real-time updates

Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing delivery updates and resolving issues

Maintain accurate dispatch logs, delivery records, and driver performance data

Partner with internal teams to improve routing efficiency and minimize delays

Troubleshoot transportation challenges such as delays, traffic, or breakdowns

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and transportation regulations

Use dispatch software, TMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks to manage daily operations

Prepare basic reports on fleet performance, fuel usage, and on-time delivery metrics

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English

5+ years of dispatch experience, preferably in construction or logistics

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Clear and professional communication skills with drivers, customers, and internal teams

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks

Education & Background

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
