Assembly Associate
Location: Arlington, TX 76018
Pay Rate: $19.29/hr
Dress Code: Casual (jeans or shorts allowed; no open-toed shoes)
Job Summary
We are hiring an Assembly Associate to support warehouse operations by preparing and assembling copiers and printers. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with mechanical or electro-mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with tools and equipment. Training is provided, and the role can grow into more technical assembly and custom configuration work.
Key Responsibilities
Unbox printers and copiers
Install basic parts and components
Stretch-wrap and prepare equipment for staging or shipment
Assist with assembly and configuration tasks
Perform basic troubleshooting as needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
Work collaboratively with team members
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Mechanical, electro-mechanical, or assembly experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Physical & Work Environment
Warehouse setting
Standing, walking, bending, squatting, and kneeling
Frequent lifting of 20–30 lbs
Ability to lift heavier items with team assistance (up to 75 lbs)
Occasional overtime may be required
