AppleOne is proud to present:

  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
  • Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications such as Micro Soft Office and Excel.
  • Manages paper flow of work orders from sales reps and assists with dispatching technicians to job locations for timely completion of work at job site.
  • Using the accounting software Great Plains the Healthcare administrator manages and tracks work load
  • Prepares and review reports and reviews Work Orders as well as processing Billing and Contracts
  • Maintains contact with field technicians to follow up on missing Reports

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One (1) or more years experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in Excel software by creating worksheets and writing simple formulas necessary to manipulate data
  • Outlook proficiency
  • Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks

Applicants must have one or more years experience working in similar environments, preferably from the construction industry. They must be self motivated and require limited supervision with a strong customer service mentality.
