As a Security Officer – Commercial Property Patrol Driver in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service. You will remain visible throughout your assigned area, interact with visitors and tenants, and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver’s license is required. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Observe and report any unusual activities, security-related issues, or incidents to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors at the location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
