Role Summary:
Fortune 500 company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to financial advisors within the brokerage team.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule and offers exposure to brokerage operations, client onboarding, and advisor support. The experience gained in this role can be an excellent foundation for someone interested in eventually becoming a Registered Client Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and client follow-ups.
- Prepare and process client forms, account updates, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all documentation.
- Provide exceptional service to internal teams and clients by handling inquiries and routing requests appropriately.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of administrative or client service experience (financial services preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Additional Details:
- Part-time, flexible schedule.
- Trial assignment with potential for full-time conversion.
- Background check required.
