Day Time Wed 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM Thur 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM Fri 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM Sat 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM Sun 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor for unusual behavior or circumstances and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and the public to provide assistance and information as needed.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local authorities as directed in response to incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
  • Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
