We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This is a combination role that includes both administrative / paperwork responsibilities and hands-on warehouse work. The primary focus is on documentation and performance tracking, with physical warehouse tasks as a secondary function.
Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
Location: 254 Internationale Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and process daily and weekly performance tracking paperwork
  • Read, interpret, and apply work instructions and documentation accurately
  • Perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and loading/unloading trucks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the warehouse
  • Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
  • Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
  • Meet productivity and quality standards established by management
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals
  • Handle equipment valued from $1 to $150,000 responsibly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead

?? Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Prior experience with data entry, documentation, or administrative tracking preferred
  • Strong reading comprehension, basic math, and ability to write legibly
  • Ability to follow directions, manage time, and complete tasks within deadlines
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to move wheeled equipment weighing up to 700 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and squatting
  • Exposure to minor cuts, burns, chemical solvents, and cleaners
  • Warehouse environment with typical temperature, lighting, and noise levels
