We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This is a combination role that includes both administrative / paperwork responsibilities and hands-on warehouse work. The primary focus is on documentation and performance tracking, with physical warehouse tasks as a secondary function.
Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
Location: 254 Internationale Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

?? Key Responsibilities
- Complete and process daily and weekly performance tracking paperwork
- Read, interpret, and apply work instructions and documentation accurately
- Perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and loading/unloading trucks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the warehouse
- Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Meet productivity and quality standards established by management
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals
- Handle equipment valued from $1 to $150,000 responsibly
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead
?? Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Prior experience with data entry, documentation, or administrative tracking preferred
- Strong reading comprehension, basic math, and ability to write legibly
- Ability to follow directions, manage time, and complete tasks within deadlines
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to move wheeled equipment weighing up to 700 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and squatting
- Exposure to minor cuts, burns, chemical solvents, and cleaners
- Warehouse environment with typical temperature, lighting, and noise levels
