Job Title: Loan Workout Specialist
Location:800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266 – Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote)
Schedule: Weekdays – Business Standard Hours
Duration: 12-month contract, likely to extend
Pay Rate: $24.07/hr

PROJECT DETAILS
This contractor will be supporting the CCS Legal Remedies department by performing Back-Office processing of moderate to low-risk transactions on customer accounts, cases, and active litigation. This individual will be making updates to account reporting and notifying outside firms as case moves through different steps in the legal process while ensuring account is reflecting information accurately. The team reviews, credit cards and personal lines/loans accounts while using ECAR as the main system of record

DUTIES
– Utilize ECAR to review account requests from oldest to newest
– Some requests can be simple and others more complex
– At times they would be given documents for prioritization

TOP SKILLS
– Ability to ensure information accuracy
– Understanding of legal terms
– Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
– ECAR – (desired, not required)

EXPERIENCE
– litigation or law firm support
– Tax Firms, Accounting/CPA work
– Financial institutions
