Location: 90012 (Downtown Los Angeles)

A well-established, family-owned restaurant is seeking a dynamic and reliable Executive Assistant to support leadership and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling, contract management, and handling correspondence and communications

Coordinate events and catering, including logistics and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

Represent the restaurant and its brand by ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction

Support administrative functions across various systems while staying familiar with restaurant operations
