As part of Red Bull North America’s Brand Marketing department, the National Manager of Field Marketing will support the development and execution of Red Bull’s local field marketing strategy by aligning national and global priorities with regional implementation. This position serves as a crucial link between the headquarters in Santa Monica and the regional field teams, ensuring that the Field Marketing structure delivers exceptional execution, promotes consumer trials, strengthens product affinity, and fosters brand loyalty through relevant occasion-based and playground-focused activations. The role will ensure national consistency across five regional Field Marketing teams (Directors of Field Marketing, Field Marketing Managers, and Field Marketing Specialists) and will guide the evolution of the Field Marketing program through integrated strategy, systems, and communication.

  • NATIONAL STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION

    Collaborate with the National Director of Field Marketing to break down global and national strategies into clear and actionable deliverables for regional teams.

    Convert Student and Field Marketing priorities into practical, localized field playbooks, calendars, and tools or resources.

    Assist in the implementation of strategic programs across Field Marketing, ensuring consistency at the national level while allowing for regional customization.

    Work cross-functionally to establish key success metrics and KPIs for significant field programs, events, and nationwide initiatives, including trial-driving efforts and occasion-based activations.

  • FIELD INNOVATION & PROGRAMMING

    Collaborate with national marketing teams across sports, culture, branding, and media to identify key national programs that can be tailored for impactful localized implementation.

    Support the annual Field Marketing business planning process by providing guidance, structure, and leading national workshops to gather regional insights that help elevate field-generated ideas.

    Identify opportunities to scale locally-developed initiatives such as “small fires,” sampling efforts, creative hacks, and event toolkits to drive replication across the United States.

    Take ownership of national “field-first” initiatives by preparing briefs, timelines, and training materials, while fostering cross-functional collaboration with other brand marketing divisions.

  • DRIVING EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE

    Carry out field visits and performance evaluations with Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) to ensure optimal execution and adherence to brand standards.

    Collaborate with regional teams to uphold high standards in product trials, event quality, and efforts aimed at enhancing mental and physical accessibility among local consumers.

    Track key program performance indicators (KPIs) and work with FMMs to ensure accountability and implement actionable plans.

    Advocate for a strong field marketing presence during moments of consumption and enhance executional capabilities for sampling and brand image-building activities.

  • ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITIES

    Serve as a liaison between Field Marketing, Brand, Culture, Sports, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth collaboration and effective execution.

    Develop training materials and lead national alignment meetings to ensure regional teams are well-prepared with updated tools, campaigns, and insights.

    Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of Field Marketing team members, particularly new Field Marketing Specialists (FMS) and Junior FMS.

    Work closely with the Talent team and Directors of Field Marketing to create standardized national training modules and performance evaluation frameworks.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the field of Field Marketing.
  • The position requires strong abilities in planning, prioritization, and project management.
  • Candidates must demonstrate leadership capabilities to inspire and unite teams towards achieving a common goal.
  • Exceptional skills in verbal, written, and online communication are required, including competence in presentation delivery, news/feature writing, and design.
  • A creative mindset paired with an attention to detail, as well as the ability to maintain a broader perspective, is essential.
  • An analytical approach is valued.
  • Applicants must have the ability to meet demanding deadlines consistently.
  • The role involves living and embodying the Red Bull brand in both professional and personal settings.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
