This role is essential for facilitating, coordinating, and supporting the Supply Chain planning process, aligning with Red Bull’s operational mission to ensure that the right product is available at the right time and place. Serving as a bridge between cross-functional teams-such as Supply Chain Planning, Sales, IT, and Finance-and global counterparts at the Headquarters, this position aims to improve process efficiency, as well as ensure data integrity, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.

  • PROCESS GOVERNANCE & SUPPORT

    Serve as the primary owner of the local Demand Planning for Supply Planning (DP4SP) process, ensuring its successful implementation and ongoing refinement.

    Ensure the smooth and timely operation of the DP4SP process in alignment with the global monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) calendar and local schedules.

    Create and uphold a local planning calendar, monitor task progress across teams, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

    Programmatically analyze, evaluate, and measure planning processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements.

    Define key quality criteria for the DP4SP process, track their performance, and proactively resolve potential issues to maintain high standards.

    Lead initiatives to simplify and automate the process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

    Strengthen the planning and reporting capabilities of the Supply Chain planning team through both online and ad-hoc training sessions.

    Maintain comprehensive process documentation, detailing system integrations, data workflows, and operational procedures.

  • DATA GOVERNANCE

    Establish and maintain robust frameworks for data governance to ensure data quality and consistency across planning systems.

    Collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize data integration processes and system configurations for supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

    Establish, monitor, and refine validation and quality metrics, addressing data issues proactively to maintain accuracy and reliability.

    Manage inputs, transformation logic, calculations, and assumptions related to DP4SP data flows to ensure precise outputs.

    Develop, maintain, and enhance supply chain reporting and analytics solutions to address changing business needs.

    Provide expertise on business intelligence platforms to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of supply chain metrics.

    Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for system integration and process workflows, offering insights and solutions to support cross-functional teams effectively.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Lead and oversee local projects focused on supply chain planning data integration, process enhancement, and the digital transformation of the supply chain across all phases of the project lifecycle.

    Develop and implement data quality controls and validation measures as integral components of project management and change management processes.

    Evaluate and address potential impacts and risks to local processes and systems resulting from global initiatives, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.

    Work closely with operations teams and cross-functional departments, including Finance and Sales, to identify their data requirements and process-related needs, delivering tailored and practical solutions.

    Provide training sessions and ongoing support to teams during process or system transitions, facilitating seamless adoption and sustained data accuracy.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of German or Spanish considered advantageous.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including distribution, production, and inventory management.
  • Experience in demand and supply planning processes, particularly involving the integration of downstream partners such as distribution networks.
  • Expertise in data management, system integration, and business process optimization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of business intelligence tools and supply chain planning systems.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and global counterparts.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with a passion for enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation in supply chain operations.
