As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine interior and exterior patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to service requests with clear communication. You will document observations, support tenant and visitor needs, and collaborate with site staff. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients in a commercial real estate location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter points; conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site contacts and/or public services when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and common areas during patrols, observe for unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, property damage, and/or other policy violations.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership, and assist with security-related service requests as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
