Your role

As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high‑quality analytical and reporting support.

– Serve as a highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and proactive communicator, managing high email volume and complex client requests
– Own follow‑through and execution to ensure tasks are completed, even when clients are slow to respond
– Independently analyze and resolve complex or ambiguous client requests using a resourceful, problem‑solving mindset
– Prepare materials for client meetings, including PMR summaries, asset allocation and performance narratives, and market highlights
– Help construct clear, client‑facing communications and informational emails for Financial Advisors
– Support trading and account activity across multiple platforms and products
– Assist with capital calls, funding decisions, and operational execution related to alternative investments

Your team

You will join a highly collaborative, client‑focused team that partners closely with Financial Advisors to deliver sophisticated wealth management solutions.

You will support members of a select group of Private Wealth Advisors who have earned the Family Office Consultant (FOC) designation. FOCs specialize in understanding the complexities of intergenerational wealth and the unique challenges faced by ultra‑high‑net‑worth families. They align clients’ specific needs with the full suite of UBS capabilities to help meet investment, business, and legacy goals.

Your expertise

You bring strong communication, analytical, and product knowledge to support complex client needs in a fast-paced environment.

– Highly responsive, detail-oriented communicator with strong follow-up and task ownership
– Resourceful problem-solver able to navigate complex or ambiguous client requests
– Experience preparing client meeting materials, including PMR summaries, performance narratives, and market highlights
– Strong PMR and Excel expertise, with experience in custom reporting and account activity analysis
– Knowledge of alternative investments, including asset classes, drawdown funds, capital calls, liquidity, and funding considerations
– Understanding of structured notes, including managed accounts and order entry in PROS
– Trading experience across equities, options, structured notes, and STARS
– Familiarity with the FGA tool and CAP program
– Financial planning knowledge (CFP concepts, retirement accounts, 529s, mortgages) is a plus
