Description
The Retail Execution Management (REM) Manager will serve as the U.S. business lead for both the Retail Execution Management (REM) and Retail Execution Planning (REP) programs. The REM Manager will be responsible for the U.S. go-live strategy, including change management, distributor readiness, and performance tracking. Although this position will not initially have direct reports, it is expected to build and lead a small team over time to support the launch, maintenance, optimization, and scaling of these tools.
