Your role

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information

• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Leverage various communication channels to keep in touch with clients
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and process service requests
• Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team

You’ll be working with a dynamic, growing team in Burbank, CA. As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role within the team, leading client service focus.

Your expertise

• SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required (or must be obtained within 180 days)
• Ideally 2 years of experience in client service, finance or banking sector preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred), focusing on financial market
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail and service oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States – California – Pasadena min USD 65000 – max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
