As a Security Officer – Patrol Rover Nights in Playa Vista, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate campus, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants, employees, and visitors with courteous customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to building tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial property common areas, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.
Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, and fire and/or alarm activations, and request assistance as needed.
Complete reports and activity logs, document incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover and/or through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 6+ months of security-related experience.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
