Assistant Project Scientist Position in Dermatology – Lo Lab 2026-2027 University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF10816 The Division of Dermatology in the Department of Medicine, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in seeking applicants for a full-time, Assistant Project Scientist position. The candidate will work in Dr. Roger Lo’s Lab. The candidate will study melanoma resistance to targeted therapies using cell line and mouse models as well as the analysis of tissues from patients. The candidate will also assist with the design of basic and/or clinical research projects under the direction of Dermatology research faculty. In addition, the candidate will assist in IRB submission, preparing manuscripts for publication in scientific journals, and assisting with the preparation/coordination of grant proposals and projects. This position requires a Ph.D. or M.D. with a background in biological sciences. The position will be commensurate with experience.
