As an Allied Universal Security Officer at an automotive location, you will help monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will greet visitors, assist associates, and communicate clearly while documenting observations using a computer and/or tablet. What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to clients at an automotive retail and/or service location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of showrooms, service bays, parking lots, vehicle inventory areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Monitor access points and visitor flow, help to deter unauthorized entry, and assist with after-hours locking and unlocking procedures per site policy.
Complete detailed reports on incidents, suspicious activity, and policy violations, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
