Make a difference in the community as a Data Coordinator for our Venice Family Clinic’s Children First Program. Under the general supervision of the Office Services Manager, the Data Coordinator will provide records management of program data, both hard copy and electronic. 
Key duties include:

  • Serving as the principal data coordinator.
  • Using the HSFIS database, provide program data entry and perform advanced data analysis on the datasets.  
  • Produce a variety of weekly and monthly reports to program staff, clinic managers, Board and funding agencies to meet performance standards. 
  • Responsible for maintaining management of HSFIS and Excel databases, including data integrity and accuracy of statistical analysis.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Pay range: $26.42 – $37.49 Hourly
Qualifications

Required:

  • Demonstrated competence in utilizing personal computer spreadsheets and word processing applications
  • Ability to enter edit and proof data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, HSFIS and Excel databases
  • Ability to follow established procedures to meet Federal Performance Standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and complete assigned work to meet deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to accommodate unexpected priority changes.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to use good judgment, discretion and sensitivity in dealing with highly confidential information.
