Day Time Mon 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM Thur 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM Fri 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM Sat 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM Sun 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM
What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a public-facing location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor visitor flow, observe assigned areas for policy compliance, and help to deter unauthorized access, disorderly conduct, and/or prohibited activity.
• Support Allied Universal standards by completing reports, communicating key observations, and assisting with security-related requests from site leadership and/or local authorities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
