General Purpose:
To ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the driving range by collecting, maintaining, and restocking golf balls, while keeping the range clean, organized, and ready for guest use.

Pay: $17 – $18

Essential Duties:
• Collect golf balls from the driving range using a ball-picking vehicle or manual equipment
• Operate and maintain range-picking machinery safely and responsibly
• Sort, clean, and restock golf balls in dispensing machines or baskets
• Inspect range equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
• Ensure the driving range remains clean, organized, and free of debris
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing protective gear during collection
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting scheduled picking times
• Assist with general range or grounds duties as needed
• Provide courteous interaction with staff and guests when required
• Perform duties in various weather conditions, including early mornings or evenings

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license (if driving golf carts or driving range equipment).
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
• Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable.

Physical Demands:
• Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands.
• Regularly reaches with hands and arms.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells and sits.
• Able lift up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:
Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather). Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
