Description
Your role
– Maintain and update client information in firm systems to support accurate records and client service.
– Assist with educating clients on basic account services and features, escalating questions as needed.
– Support the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings.
– Collect and process required documentation for new accounts and routine service requests.
– Assist with team marketing initiatives, including event coordination and maintaining marketing materials.
– Help maintain a shared team calendar to track meetings, deadlines, and key activities.
Your team
You’ll be working within a WMA branch office in Beverly Hills California where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of high-net worth individuals and families.
Your expertise
– Series 7 and 66 licenses (willing to obtain).
– Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance.
– Ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.
– Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills.
– Detail oriented (nothing gets past you).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Fluent in Spanish

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States – California – Beverly Hills min USD 70000 – max USD 76000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
