Temporary non-tenure track position 2026-27 University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF10960 The UCLA Department of Classics seeks to hire lecturers to fill at least two teaching positions for the 2026-27 academic year. Each successful candidate will teach courses in the material culture of the Greco-Roman world or ancient Greek language and culture. Successful candidates will also be welcome to suggest courses of their own devising. Applicants are required to hold a PhD by the start of the appointment. See Table 15 for the salary range for this position. A reasonable estimate for this position is an annual rate of $70,977-$82,284.
