responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects: Take ownership of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulations.
- Lead engineering teams: Oversee and mentor Design Engineers, monitoring their work for accuracy, technical competence, and alignment with customer needs.
- Provide technical input: Perform technical analysis to develop cost and time estimates, sequence project phases, and validate resource availability.
- Monitor progress: Track project milestones, evaluate the impact of customer changes or material availability, analyze KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure quality and safety: Identify and oversee essential tests throughout the engineering process to guarantee product functionality, durability, and safety.
