Brookside at The Rose Bowl, located in Pasadena, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay Range: $16.04 – $18.04 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property at all times.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures to ensure a polished appearance.
- Perform waste management duties, including trash collection, recycling, and proper disposal procedures.
- Assist with general upkeep tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and pressure washing as needed.
- Safely lift and move materials, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner.
- Support property presentation by ensuring all common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance.
- Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
