What you will learn:

  • Heating & Air Conditioning Sales.
  • Your role – to provide customers with exceptional customer service with high quality options on replacing their Heating & Air Conditioning systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent Communicator
  • B2C sales experience or aptitude
  • Sales
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the
  • May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing

Pay Transparency:

This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $150k-$200K Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
