  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor operational performance
  • Partner with the accounting group to manage close timelines, process, and reporting

About You

  • You have a minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA or CPA preferred but not required ).

  • You are a hard-working team player, with a “no task is too small” attitude.
  • You are a creative problem-solver who digs into root causes analytically, instead of relying on intuition.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tell complex stories simply and adapt to questions, rather than just presenting information
  • You are data-driven and experienced in examining a business scenario, outcome, or use case employing data, metrics, and analysis
  • You have strong project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously to drive outcomes within often tight deadlines or quick turnaround times
  • You possess a high attention to detail and desire to solve problems and improve processes
  • Understanding of accounting concepts preferred
  • You have advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as power BI will be a plus.
