Description
The Staff
Research Associate I (SRA I) will assist in the research goals of the Au
laboratory under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI). This
position will also manage machine learning pipelines.
Salary Range: $28.69
– $34.21 Hourly
Qualifications
Required:
- Obtain, manage,
and preprocess large-scale ophthalmic imaging datasets -
Apply /develop
machine learning algorithms focused on ophthalmic images -
Proficiency
with Python or R for analysis, model development, and visualization -
Familiarity
with medical imaging formats and tools (e.g., DICOM, TIFF) -
Work
independently, maintain organized records, and reproduce analyses -
High ethical
standards in the analysis of data -
Strong
communication skills
Preferred:
- B.S. in
Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field -
Strong coding
abilities and knowledge of computational medicine and biostatistics. -
Previous
experience working with machine learning using ophthalmic datasets -
B.S. in
Computational Medicine, Computer Science, or related field
