WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

CLEANROOM TECHNICIAN 1st shift. 4/10 SCHEDULED MONDAY-THURSDAY 6:00AM-4:30PM, $21.00-$26.00 PER HOUR DOE.

The Clean Room Technician assembles and tests high purity components for the semiconductor industry. Assembly and testing is performed in a clean and controlled environment, in accordance with all work and test instruction. The Clean Room Assembler uses hand tools, custom fixtures, and precision-measuring equipment to certify that all products being assembled will meet customer product specifications. When products are returned, this role works with the quality department to help determine root causes for returned products, along with providing needed documentation for all warranty and non-warranty repairs.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? High School Diploma or GED Required.

2+ years experience in Cleanroom.

Strong knowledge of Quality Handling, Cleanroom Etiquitte, operation flow, team work and basic troubleshooting.

The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions as well using measuring equipment.

 

A commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency 

Basic computer proficiency in MS Word/Excel and good math skills.    

Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and good eye – hand coordination is required

Good vision to read written materials and measuring instruments is required

BENEFITS IN JOINING US

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, ($43,680 to $54,080 per year), depending on experience. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/a quarterly bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs./week * 52wks)) for this position is $48,048 to $59,488. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
