Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide
high-quality physical therapy care to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
– Deliver appropriate physical therapy interventions
– Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
– Maintain expected productivity standards, including
participation in special assignments as needed
– May be required to rotate across different clinical
areas
– Participation in holiday coverage is required
Salary Range: $53.50 – $70.47 per hour
Qualifications
California Physical Therapist License
BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Acute care experience preferred
More than 2 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2 title
