Join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Framer and begin building the structural foundations of residential and commercial projects. You’ll work alongside experienced framers and construction crews to assemble walls, floors, roofs, and structural frameworks while learning essential carpentry and job site skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Construction:

· Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and metal framing materials.

· Load, transport, and organize lumber, tools, and construction materials on job sites.

· Operate hand tools, power tools, nail guns, saws, and ladders safely.

· Support framing crews with wall layouts, floor systems, roof trusses, and structural assemblies.

· Install temporary bracing, supports, and framework components as directed.

· Assist with reading blueprints and following construction plans under supervision.

Safety and Compliance:

· Attend daily safety meetings and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

· Wear required PPE including hard hats, gloves, eye protection, and fall protection equipment.

· Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safe job site operations.

· Follow ladder, scaffold, and elevated work safety procedures.

Documentation and Reporting:

· Track materials used and assist with inventory organization.

· Report damaged materials, safety concerns, or job site hazards promptly.

· Assist supervisors with project progress updates and daily work reporting.

Work Environment and Expectations

This position requires physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions and frequent lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods. Framers work on active construction sites and may work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts. Reliable attendance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

· Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.

· Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.

· Willingness to learn framing techniques, tool usage, and construction safety practices.

· Must pass a drug and background check. 

Job Type: Full-time; Benefits: Health insurance, paid training, overtime opportunities, advancement into skilled trades, and hands-on construction experience; Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work depending on project schedules.
