Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. Day Time Fri 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM Sat 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM Sun 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM
What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key access points to help to deter unauthorized access, observe site activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by following post orders, preparing routine reports, and assisting with tenant and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
