Preferred:
- Ability to lead critical AOG and aftermarket material support efforts to minimize aircraft downtime and meet customer commitments.
- Capable of coordinating with Materials, Repair & Control, Procurement, and Service Center teams to expedite material requirements across the enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Corridor, and/or other inventory management systems to track orders, monitor shortages, and provide real-time status updates.
- Demonstrates strong customer communication and issue resolution skills, managing high-priority escalations and service recovery actions.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, inventory optimization, and proactive identification of supply chain risks and opportunities.
The compensation range for this role is $37.91 – $49.76 per hour.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Four to five years experience in shipping, material handling, vendor recovery, purchasing, technical operations and logistics.
Position Purpose:
Working with minimal supervision, monitor and track Aircraft on Ground (AOG) through sales, purchasing, picking, shipping and delivery. Locate out of stock parts to support AOG. Assist Technical Operations by taking over order-taking role as required. Provide leadership and training to entry level expeditors. Ensure customers aware of part shipment thru direct customer contact.
