About the GI Lab Join a high-volume GI Lab specializing in diagnostic and advanced therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures. Our department provides safe, efficient, patient-centered care through interdisciplinary collaboration, technical expertise, and continuous improvement. Our team includes gastroenterologists, anesthesia providers, registered nurses, GI Specialty Technicians, clinical partners, administrative staff, and department leadership. Together, we support general GI and complex interventional procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety, procedural efficiency, proper endoscope reprocessing, equipment readiness, and timely access to care. What You Will Do As a Specialty Technician III, you will provide technical support before, during, and after GI procedures while working closely with physicians, RNs, anesthesia providers, and other members of the procedural team. Qualifications Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Three years of applicable experience/equivalent on-the-job training assisting with pancreatic and general endoscopic therapeutic procedures. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program. Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification. GI/endoscopy experience, including scope reprocessing/HLD, advanced and interventional GI procedures, procedural equipment, and equipment troubleshooting.
