WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
WAREHOUSE LEAD – $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, plus overtime and plus quarterly bonus, M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm.
A warehouse lead assist the supervisor to organizes warehouse operations, including inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes, to ensure efficient goods flow. Key responsibilities involve maintaining inventory accuracy, operating equipment, adhering to safety regulations, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS). Works closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies, in order to support the achievement of on-time delivery, sales, inventory, lead time, and quality requirements. Essential skills for this role include strong organizational, leadership, communication, technical abilities, attention to detail, lifting up to 50 lbs.
This position also provides support to the integration of new businesses as primary liaison between cross-functional groups. Directed by the Warehouse Supervisor, this position will support supply chain initiatives.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma is preferred
- 5_+ years of experience Warehouse, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving in production/manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook – Intermediate level
- 2+ years prior experience using ERP/MRP/WMS software.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Saint-Gobain systems QAD – able to provide training.
- Forklift certification with the ability to provide employee training
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Demonstrates leadership potential

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs./week * 52wks)) for this position, is $62,400 to $83,200 Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
