As a Transplant Outreach Coordinator, you will be the clinical expert who serves as the liaison between the Liver transplant programs, the patients and the referring physicians; the outreach coordinator supports the vision of the medical and surgical program directors in planning continuing medical and nursing education opportunities in the greater Los Angeles area. Qualifications Experience A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience as Transplant Coordinator required Liver Transplant experience preferred Demonstrated knowledge of case management required Experience in Data Management required Experience in coordinating large-scale community-based projects preferred Education BSN required MSN preferred License/Certification/Registration Current, unrestricted California RN License required Specialty or Transplant Certification required or obtain within one year from start date BLS from the American Heart Association required
