Description
The UCLA Blood & Platelet Center is seeking a motivated Student Blood Donor Recruiter to support blood donor recruitment efforts across the UCLA campus. Responsibilities include:
* Participate in classroom presentations to educate and encourage blood donation.
* Assist with campus outreach efforts to promote blood donation and increase donor participation.
* Collaborate with the Campus Recruiter and Telerecruitment Team to support social media content and engagement initiatives.
* Assist in planning and executing club, department, and campus blood drives, including promotional activities and presentations.
* Support donor recruitment and retention efforts through telephone outreach, surveys, and follow-up communications.
* Represent the UCLA Blood & Platelet Center at campus events and outreach activities.
Note: This is a student worker position and is open exclusively to current UCLA students.
Salary Range: $25.00/hour – $48.50/hour
Qualifications
* Must be a current UCLA student.
* High school diploma (e.g. HiSET or GED)
* Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of the blood donation process – preferred
