Job Title: ABS Client Services Administrator

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Overview

As a Client Services Administrator on our Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) team, you will be in a client-facing role with securitization and warehouse credit facility clientele. We are in growth mode serving ABS auto, equipment, student loan, cell tower, and aircraft business partners. You’ll be an integral part of the team, interacting with clients daily to complete requests and resolve inquiries. This is an opportunity to learn about the ABS product and to develop the skills to administer ABS deals with increasing complexity. Join us here, and you’ll be constantly looking ahead.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer trust account funds per governing agreement
  • Review and process client investment, transfer, and payment requests
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment to investors
  • Assist with closing new deals
  • Process daily work on bank proprietary systems
  • Respond to client calls and emails timely

Skills You’ll Need

  • Experience with serving retail or corporate clients
  • Cash handling or funds management experience
  • Basic accounting and reconciliation knowledge
  • Ability to represent the Bank with clients in a positive and helpful manner
  • Work experience with handling and successfully meeting deadlines

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Comfortable with learning and asking questions on-the-job
  • Ability to positively handle and organize competing tasks and deadlines
  • Self-discipline to follow-through and resolve or escalate client requests
  • Focus and accuracy when completing client asks
  • Working style is agreeable to a team structure to accomplish business goals

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana, CA office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $65,000 to $101,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
