About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support customers, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth operations. You’ll communicate with customers, carriers, and suppliers, resolve issues, and maintain process efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
? Build and manage customer relationships
? Communicate proactively to resolve inquiries and exceptions
? Ensure accuracy in data, pricing, and order execution
? Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements
? Use technology to track and manage workflows
What You Need:
? High School Diploma or GED
? Customer service experience (preferred)
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
