Title: Account Resolution Specialist
Location: NewPort Beach, 92660
Pay rate: 21.38/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Resolution Specialist to join our team within The Private Bank and Partnerships division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine transactional or customer support tasks related to account resolution.
- Seek opportunities to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
- Interact with client personnel to gather or provide basic information.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in Account Resolution, Customer Service, or Sales environment support, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently while following established guidelines.
