Make a Difference in Monterey Park! Accountant/Payroll Clerk Needed! Join our passionate team at a non-profit organization in Monterey Park! We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accountant/Payroll Clerk. In this role, you’ll: • Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 190 employees using ADP. • Support the accounting department with accounts payable and receivable tasks. • Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to complete daily tasks efficiently. To qualify, you’ll have: • 3+ years of accounting experience. • Proven experience processing payroll, preferably with ADP. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with colleagues. • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Experience with ADP, Microsoft Word, and Excel is a plus. • Must be able to pass a background check.
