We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring accurate month-end journal entries, and assisting with sales and property tax reporting. Key duties include reviewing and inputting vendor invoices, auditing vouchers for accuracy, resolving un-invoiced receipts, performing check runs, and preparing month-end accruals. On the AR side, you will input and balance cash receipts, assist with customer account reconciliations, and support month-end tasks. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
