Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of accountants, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal controls.

Review and approve general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies.

Analyze financial data and provide management with insightful reports and recommendations for improving operational performance.

Coordinate and assist with external audits and prepare necessary documentation for audit purposes.

Develop, implement, and enforce internal accounting policies and procedures to ensure best practices and financial accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Certifications: CPA preferred but not required
