We are hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems.
* Posting service invoices across multiple entities.
* Review 3-way match purchase invoices.
* Maintain monthly expense spreadsheets.
* Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
* Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
* Assisting with any additional duties, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or related field.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and any applications related to A/P.
* Great attention to detail.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

HUGE PLUS:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
* Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin.
